The concept is simple, you purchase the install service, you'll get an email that will give you information as to what to include, address, etc. Send the system to us, we'll keep you informed when we receive it, process it, and then when we ship it back. We normally test out installs for 2-4 business days and then will ship. Overall, expect about a 2 week turnaround.
